Friday, October 18, 2013, an Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force member from the Edmond Police Department arrested Stephen DeWayne Huckeba (d.o.b. 09/09/1961) at his residence. The case was initiated by an Edmond detective into the distribution of child pornography on the Internet. Huckeba distributed more than a dozen child pornography videos to the detective.

Task force members from the Edmond Police Department, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, with the assistance of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, served a search warrant at Huckeba’s residence, 200 East Rock Circle Drive in southern Logan County. During the search of the residence, several computer-related items were located and seized. Huckeba admitted to the Edmond detective that he distributed and possessed child pornography images and videos. The computer items will be taken to the Edmond police computer laboratory for forensic examination. The case is still under investigation to determine if any local children are in any of the images.

Huckeba was booked into the Logan County Jail and is being held on one count of distribution of child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography, and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
