SOUTH PASADENA, CA – On Monday, October 21, 2013, the City of South Pasadena will be hosting a “Colors Run” with Los Angeles Sheriff’s Academy recruits in memory of Officer Kevin Sandoval of the South Pasadena Police Department. Runners from all walks of life are invited to participate in this 5-mile run throughout the city.

Runners are asked to meet at 7:00 am in front of South Pasadena City Hall located at 1414 Mission Street, between Fremont Avenue and Fair Oaks Avenue. The Run will start at 7:30 from City Hall and will end in Garfield Park located at 800 Park Avenue. At Garfield Park a plaque honoring Officer Sandoval’s memory will be presented to the community.
