Missing Person at Risk FOUND SAFE - San Marcos

Missing person with medical issues who walked away from a clinic in San Marcos was found safe just before 9:30 p.m. He ended up walking home to Escondido. Thank you for looking out for him.

Help find a missing person at risk in San Marcos. 52-year-old Mark Graber walked away from the Palomar Medical Center's Intensive Outpatient Services just before 1:30 p.m. He was last seen in the 100 block of Vallecitos De Oro.
Graber has medical issues which puts him at risk. He was last seen wearing a navy blue checkered button shirt, army green shorts and black shoes. He is clean shaven. He had no wallet or money with him.
If you live in the area, be aware of increased law enforcement activity which includes Sheriff's Search and Rescue (SAR) volunteers, as well as Sheriff's ASTREA overhead making public announcements regarding the search.
