We're looking for help in finding a burglary suspect targeting homes during the day in South Grapevine.

Since October 4, four residences in south Grapevine have been the victim of daytime burglaries.The suspect is believed to knock on the front door of the residence pretending to be selling something. If someone answers they move on, if no one answers the suspect enters the backyard of the residence and then forces open the back door. The suspect then enters the house targeting jewelry.

* Please report any suspicious persons or vehicles to the Grapevine Police Department.

*Also when not at home please be sure to secure all windows and doors, including your backyard gate and to set your alarm.

*The Grapevine Police Department has increased patrols throughout our neighborhoods.

*Physical evidence at two scene has identified a suspect in this criminal episode. The same suspect has warrants out of four North Texas Police Agencies for the same offense.

*The Grapevine Police Department will be releasing the suspect information today to the media to help locate the suspect.
