Montgomery Fire Protection District will host an Open House at Fire Station #1, 198 Railroad St,on Saturday 10/12/13 from 11am-2pm 
On Saturday October 12, 2013 the Montgomery Fire Protection District will be hosting an open house at Fire Station #1 at 198 S Railroad St., from 11:00am - 2:00pm. This year our Open House will mark the end of Fire Prevention Week which is October 7th - October 11th. There will be many activities for the entire family to enjoy. Take a tour of the fire station and meet the firefighters. There will be touch-a-truck, children can try on the fire gear, and see the equipment. There will also be coloring activities, movies, and an inflatable bouncer. Children can complete our Safety Challenge to receive a certificate and a prize. Information will also be available on fire safety in the home, poison control tips, and child car seat safety. Food and drinks will be served during the open house. We hope everyone will come out and join us for an afternoon of fun!"
