Orange & Rockland -Con Edison will be coordinating the transportation of a new transformer into Ramapo, NY. to replace a failed transformer. They will enter Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah at approx. 1:00 p.m. The generator is over-sized and can be expected to cause significant traffic delays. They will be entering Mahwah at the Ramsey border and traveling the entire length. Avoid Franklin Turnpike if possible or be prepared for traffic delays.
