Traffic delays tomorrow 9am -3pm at Crenshaw Blvd. and Torrance Crossroads 
On Tuesday, September 24th from 9a.m. to 3p.m., construction crews will be upgrading the traffic signal at the Crenshaw and Torrance Crossroads intersection. The signal will be deactivated and the Torrance Crossroads driveway will be closed to all traffic.
Avoid the area and expect delays.
