Marion woman (Heather Lashay Tomlinson) allegedly caught inside neighbor's house, charged with burglary 
Deputy Joseph Martino of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Heather Lashay Tomlinson, 27, of U.S. 70 West in Marion, with felony burglary. She was taken into custody in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a breaking and entering at the U.S. 70 West home of Brandy Miller Friday night.
Miller told Martino she came home and found Tomlinson in her house, holding several bags of clothes.
The victim and suspect are neighbors.
