Info from Spokane Police Dept. on the arrest of Anthony Vasquez:
Around 6:00 p.m. law enforcement officers received information that Vasquez was at a residence at 18100 E Alki in Spokane Valley. Officers from Spokane Police Department’s Patrol Anti-Crime Team (PACT), SWAT and K-9 teams, along with the US Marshals, set up a perimeter around the house and worked to communicate with Vasquez in an attempt to get him to come out of the home and into custody safely. Vasquez ran out of the backdoor of the residence and SPD K-9 quickly located him. He was apprehended by SPD SWAT officers after a short foot pursuit in the area around 9:30 p.m.
