Detective charges Florida suspect with allegedly stealing bow and arrows and gun from house 
Detective J.T. Grindstaff of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Jesse James Montgomery, 23, of Zirconia, Fla., with two counts of felony larceny and one count each of felony breaking and entering and felony larceny of a firearm. He was taken into custody in lieu of a $20,000 bond.
On July 17, Dakota Parker, of Verns Drive in Marion, reported that someone broke into his house and stole approximately $300 worth of items, including a bow and arrows and a gun.
Grindstaff said the victim and suspect are acquainted.
