Teen arrested on charges that he broke into Arrowood Drive residence and stole property
Deputy Jason Cook of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Dylan Michael Bauserman, 17, of Jacktown Road in Marion, with one felony count each of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He was taken into custody in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
Bauserman and two 14-year-old males allegedly broke into a rental home on Arrowood Drive in Marion on July 14 and stole a gun, a laptop computer and other items.
The cases against the two younger teens have been turned over to juvenile authorities.
The house is owned by Daniel Matthew Maney, of Marion, but the property belonged to Johnny Allen Howard.
Some of the items have been recovered.
