BCUA Household Hazardous Waste Management & Disposal Program

The Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) will be sponsoring a hazardous waste collection event this Saturday, Sept 7th. This event is (Rain or Shine). The hours for the event are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and it is Rain or Shine.
The event is for Bergen County residents only and it is free of charge. Items such as aerosol cans, paints, pesticides, solvents and other hazardous items usually found in homes will be accepted for disposal.
Small business can deliver up to 220 pounds of hazardous waste to this collection event. Preregistration is required for small businesses.
Document Shredding, Electronics and automobile tires will NOT be accepted at this event.
