The Norwalk Station Detective Bureau is investigating a case in which a credit card was stolen from the mail in Norwalk and used fraudulently to obtain cash from an ATM machine at the Cerritos Towne Center in Cerritos. The use was captured on a surveillance camera, and the photographed female is a person of interest in the case.
