Man (Justin Wayne Randolph) faces felony charges after allegedly stealing from grandparents' home 
Detective Billie Brown of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Justin Wayne Randolph, 23, of Norton Street in Marion, with one felony count each of burglary and larceny.
He was released from custody on a written promise to appear in court.
Melvin and Carolyn Reel, of Zion Hill Road in Marion, reported on Saturday, Aug. 17 that Randolph, their grandson, snuck into their residence while they were at home and stole a wallet, cash and credit cards.
