**UPDATE**
On 08-26-13 Roscoe Police arrested Jonathan Paul 21 years of age of Roscoe on 1 count of residential burglary.
Paul is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On 08/23/13 around 2:20am in the 500 block of Applemint an unknown subject attempted to enter an unlocked garage window. The subject was confronted by the homeowner and fled the scene on foot. No entry was gained.
