Monday, August 19th, Ponce City police officers arrested a co-worker and friend of Blackwell murder suspect Luis Frias for accessory to murder. Neshia Niemeyer (d.o.b. 4/15/1988) was arrested on a warrant issued by the Kay County District Attorney's Office. Niemeyer lied to OSBI and FBI agents when questioned about Frias' whereabouts shortly after the killing. Frias is wanted in the homicide of Janett Reyna, the mother of Frias' children. Investigators believe on August 8th Frias stabbed Reyna to death and then called Niemeyer for help leaving town. Niemeyer picked up Frias and drove him to his aunt's home in Enid. She also gave him one of her cell phones. Niemeyer told investigators she did not know where Frias was. Her bond was set at $50,000.

Agents continue searching for Frias. He was last tracked to Wichita, Kansas. If anyone has any information on his whereabouts, please contact the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
