Murder Warrant Filed in Blackwell Homicide Case 
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has obtained an arrest warrant for 29-year-old Luis Octavio Frias. He is wanted for the murder of 29-year-old Janett Reyna. Reyna is the mother of Frias three children. She had filed for a victim protection order in Kay County Tuesday. She was stabbed to death inside her Blackwell apartment Thursday morning.
Frias’ mother, Atocha Beltran Pereza, was arrested Thursday for obstruction in this investigation.
