Three young children inside the apartment when their mother was killed are now in state's custody. Their mother, 29-year-old Janett Reyna, was stabbed this morning inside her Blackwell apartment. She was rushed to an area hospital where doctors pronounced her dead. The Blackwell Police Department called in OSBI agents to help with the investigation. Authorities are searching for the children's father, 29-year-old Luis Frias. Workers with the Department of Human Services put the children into protective custody until their father comes forward. No other family members are allowed the visit the children. Agents believe Frias has information about the homicide that could help progress the case.
