OSBI Searches for Person of Interest in Blackwell Homicide Case 
The Blackwell Police Department requested OSBI assistance this morning with a homicide in that town. Janett Reyna, 29, was fatally stabbed inside her apartment at 1012 S. 10th Street, Blackwell. She was transported to a nearby hospital where doctors pronounced her dead. At one time, Reyna was a police officer for the Blackwell Police Department.
Agents and officers are searching for Luis Octavio Frias as a person of interest who might be able to provide information on the case. The 29 year old is 5’ 11” tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He is believed to be on foot at this time.
