On Tuesday, August 6, 2013, the Alameda County District
Attorney’s Office charged Kendell Eatmon in connection with the homicide of Alquino Rivera, 18 of Oakland.
BACKGROUND: On August 3, 2013, officers responded to the 8000 block of Ney Avenue on a report of a shooting. When officers arrived on scene they located victim Rivera who had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
