SLURRY SEAL PROJECT WILL RESULT IN LANE CLOSURES ON MAJOR NEWARK STREETS FROM AUGUST 4 - 14, 2013.
The work will take place at nights between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. There will be lane closures. The Contractor will work on the outside lanes on one night and the inside lanes on another night, such that there is always one lane open to traffic in each direction at any given time.
Please plan accordingly and make certain you do not park on the streets during the construction. The areas will be posted “NO PARKING” and vehicles left in the construction area will be towed.
