Expect road closures and delays on Route 55 just west of Overlook Road for the Rail Trail Bridge installation: July 26th thru July 31st 
The Dutchess County Department of Public Works Engineering Division in conjunction with the New York State Department of Transportation has advised of traffic issues due to the installation of the Dutchess County Rail Trail Bridge on Route 55, just west of Overlook Road entering the Town of Poughkeepsie.
Detours will be posted while Route 55 is closed on Friday July 26th and Saturday July 27th from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Expect delays, lane closures and intermittent road closures on Route 55 during the daytime from Saturday July 27th thru Wednesday July 31st.
