Elizabeth is a 26 year old black female who is 5’1” weighing 90 pounds. She was last seen leaving on foot from 112th and Corrington on July 16, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. She was wearing a white dress with red, green and black stripes on the bottom. She has Cerebral Palsy and the mental capacity of a 9 year old.
