The City of Torrance is holding a one day event on Friday, July 19th, 2013 in front of City Hall from 10:00 to 3:00. If you bring ten plastic shopping bags, the city will give you a free reusable shopping bag or pet waste dispenser. Limit one per guest while supplies last. More info on the attached flyer.
