Kristin Winters, age 20, White Female 5'06" 160 lbs. She has short brown hair and brown eyes. She is described as having a slender build. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, and white shoes. Kristin does suffer from a mental illness.
Last seen: Today, 7/7/2013 at 12:30 on Monique Ln in Marshfield.
