NARRATIVE:
Sheriff's Homicide detectives are en route to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, 2051 Marengo Street, Los Angeles, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man, which occurred on July 4, 2013 at approximately 10:00PM, at the 3400 block of Floral Drive, East Los Angeles.

The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead by hospital personnel on July 5, 2013 at 8:05PM.
