DETAILS: Mesha Vincent PATTEN, pictured, is arrestable for the assault with a deadly weapon that occurred on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 7:47 a.m. as the female adult victim walked in the parking lot of her office building at 2161 182nd Street. The suspect charged at the victim while holding a knife and making a stabbing motion toward her. When the victim tripped and fell to the ground, the suspect came within approximately two feet from where she fell, then fled northbound Van Ness Avenue. The suspect did not attempt to take the victim’s purse and made no demands.
