On Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 9:20 a.m., the victim was walking with two small children in the alley in the area of Sartori and Portola Avenues when the pictured suspect vehicle pulled up from behind her on her right side and the suspect-driver inquired in English and Spanish for directions to “Crenshaw and El Segundo”. At that time, the victim looked inside the vehicle and observed the suspect was stroking his exposed penis. When the victim told the suspect she was going to call the police, the suspect fled in the suspect vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
Hispanic male adult, 20-25 years old, medium build, black, short hair, clean shaven, wearing black, quarter-sized ear plugs
SUSPECT VEHICLE:
Blue, older, possible Dodge Intrepid, 4-Door, extreme oxidation on hood, roof and trunk
