DETAILS: On Saturday, June 15, 2013 between 5:35 and 5:48 p.m., the victim was inside Vons, 24325 Crenshaw purchasing food at the deli counter when she observed the above-pictured suspect following her. After paying and receiving $20 cash back from the transaction, the victim exited the location and noticed the suspect was still following her. The suspect then walked in front of the victim, blocked her path - the bill of his hat covered most of his face and he had one hand in his pocket, simulating a weapon - and stated, "Give me the twenty-dollar bill you just pulled off of your card."
