THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS EXPANDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF NEW JERSEY AND
PENNSYLVANIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NEW JERSEY...
HUNTERDON...MIDDLESEX...MORRIS...SOMERSET...SUSSEX
AND WARREN. IN PENNSYLVANIA...BERKS...CARBON...LEHIGH...MONROE
AND NORTHAMPTON.

* THROUGH MONDAY EVENING

* BANDS OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
DEVELOP TODAY BEFORE POSSIBLY DECREASING LATE TONIGHT. ANOTHER
ROUND OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED MONDAY
MORNING THROUGH THE LATE EVENING HOURS POSSIBLY SPILLING INTO
TUESDAY MORNING. IT WILL TAKE ONLY AN INCH OF RAIN TO PRODUCE
FLASH FLOODING... WHICH WOULD MAKE SOME ROADS IMPASSABLE AS WELL
AS FORCE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS.

* URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING AS WELL AS BASEMENT FLOODING
MAY DEVELOP. BE PREPARED FOR POSSIBLE TRAVEL DELAYS AND
DETOURS AT TIMES IN LOW LYING AREAS AND NEAR SMALL STREAMS IF
FLOODING DEVELOPS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
