Sheriff Deputies arrest Nicholas Ragsdale 24 yo, Monique Honeycutt 31 yo, Mary York 28 yo on various charges.

On June 20, 2013 Garland County Sheriff Department Investigators were contacted by Marine Patrol Deputy Scott McDaniel on a tip that a white Chevy Malibu was attempting to sell stolen property in the parking lot of Wonderland store on HWY 7 South. Deputy McDaniel also stated that based on information he received that some of the property would be at 205 North Shore Road.

Investigator Joel Ware located the vehicle in the 3800 block of Central Ave. and conducted a traffic stop. The occupants of the vehicle identified as Nicholas Ragsdale 24 yo, Monique Honeycutt 31 yo, and Mary York 28 yo. Both Ragsdale and Honeycutt initially gave false names and after being identified it was determined that they had outstanding warrants of arrest. Prior to exiting the vehicle, Ware asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle and York stated that "she had a pipe and some residue". At that time Honeycutt also handed a pipe over that she had in her possession to Ware.

Ware was given consent to search and during the search located a CD player with speakers, laptop computer, Black and Decker drill, knife, jewelry box, checks, external hard drive, gun cleaning brush, and DVDs. A credit card that had been reported stolen was located inside the purse of Honeycutt.

All of the items located in the vehicle were reported stolen on the same day. The victim stated that between 6/16/2013 and 6/20/13 someone broke into her residence and had taken various items. Ragsdale later admitted that he and Honeycutt had both went into the residence and took various items from it.

Ragsdale was charged with Theft by receiving, Obstructing Governmental Operations, and Residential Burglary. Honeycutt was charged with Obstructing Governmental Operations, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Residential Burglary. York was charged with Forgery 2nd, Theft by Receiving, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
