(HOUSTON, TX) – A tip submitted to the HCSO’s iWatchHarrisCounty mobile app led to the arrest of three people.

Deputies from HCSO patrol district 5 and the Crime Control Division (CCD) established surveillance on a residence in the 19000 block of Horseshoe Lake in northwest Harris County on June 12, 2013, after receiving a tip of possible drug activity at the location.

While conducting surveillance, deputies noticed vehicles coming and going from the residence, staying only for a short period of time. One of the CCD units established probable cause and stopped one of the vehicles leaving the house. The driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Further information led to two other arrests of people inside the house. One individual had two open felony warrants and another had an open felony warrant out of Waller County.

Inside the home deputies found several drugs, estimated to have a street value of over $8,500, and drug paraphernalia.

Those arrested were:

James McCauley, charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine. He also had two felony warrants out of Harris County- for Burglary and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Nancy McCauley was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine. She had a felony warrant out of Waller County for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
