A possible mountain lion sighting was reported to the Santa Cruz Police Department around 10 AM this morning. The Puma was reportedly seen in the Neary Lagoon area behind Felix Street.

Residents are advised to use caution and secure small pets and children. The Santa Cruz Police Department is patrolling the area looking for signs of the puma. a reverse 9-1-1 call is being placed to residents in the area to advise.
