Traffic delays as Cecil County's Seniors Graduate tonight, 6/6/13. 
The Cecil County Sheriff's Office congratulates the graduating classes of Perryville, Bo Manor, North East, and Rising Sun on their big day today. Good job to the parents as well. Drivers in the areas of Bohemia Manor High, Perryville, North East, and Rising Sun High Schools can expect minor traffic delays from 5-9:00 PM. Please be patient as drivers from outside the area are expected to be joining their families to honor Cecil County's latest graduates. Elkton High's graduation is tomorrow night.
