The City of Montebello has partner with Boy Scout Troop 330 by sponsoring the community e-waste event for Montebello residents and businesses. This event will provide a FREE and easy way for you to recycle your outdated and unwanted electronic waste through a State approved electronics recycler.

DID YOU KNOW – that every year Californians recycle hundreds of thousands of e-waste items such as computers, monitors, televisions, keyboards, microwave ovens, fax machines, printers, stereos, radios, cell phones, iPods, etc… that are obsolete, nearing the end of their useful life, are no longer needed, are broken, or unwanted. Recycling these materials will help reduce the amount of waste entering our landfills and reduce the need for new materials. In fact, Recyclers recover more than 100 million pounds of materials each year, which helps reduce pollution and extend our natural resources.
