Traffic Congestion expected due to Special Olympics Torch Run, 08-11:00AM, Route 40 W/B to N. East Town Park. 6/4/13 
Drivers should expect minor traffic delays as Cecil County Sheriff's Deputies and Officers from all over Cecil County proudly escort the Maryland Special Olympics Torch from the Sheriff's Office to North East Town Park tomorrow, 6/4/13 between 08:00AM and 11:30AM (estimated). CCSO and Maryland State Police Cars will be escorting the runners and their precious cargo as they run the 10 mile route. Please follow Maryland Law and move over as you pass.
