Full Notification

On May, 16th at approximately 3:00 pm. The two female juveniles were walking behind Dairy Delite located at 17735 Monterey Rd. As they were walking an older model white GMC Yukon with oversize tires drove up and blocked their pathway. The driver raised his body allowing him to expose his genitals to the females. The suspect involved in the incident was later identified as Richard Baxter 47 out of Morgan Hill. Suspect Baxter was taken into custody without incident on 5/25/2013.
