On Friday, May 31, 2013 from 6:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office will be at the Woodstock Dunkin Donuts on Route 47 to raise funds for Illinois Special Olympics during the 11th Annual COP on TOP event. Sheriff’s Deputies and Corrections Officers will be at the Dunkin Donut’s front door and drive thru collecting donations from patrons to support Special Olympics. Those who donate to Special Olympics will be given a coupon for a free coffee or donut by Dunkin Donuts for their next visit. The 2013 Illinois Special Olympics T-shirts and Hats will also be available for purchase at Dunkin Donuts during the COP on TOP event.
All donations received will benefit Illinois Special Olympics directly. The McHenry County Sheriff’s Office will be joining other local law enforcement throughout McHenry County and the State of Illinois in this effort on Friday.
