BURGLARY SUSPECTS CAUGHT ON SURVEILLANCE CAMERA
Sunnyvale Public Safety asks public to help identify

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Two burglary suspects entered a Sunnyvale residence through an unsecured window on Friday, May 24 between noon and 1 p.m. and stole jewelry. Security cameras installed by the homeowner captured images of both suspects and their vehicle. Neighbors reported seeing the suspects posing as magazine salespeople.
Both suspects are black males in their 20s. The first suspect has short, black hair, a mustache and a small goatee. He is shown wearing a white button-down shirt under a gray and black vest, a tan and white necktie, gray slacks and gray-colored shoes with white rubber trim. The second suspect was between 5’8” and 5’11” in height with short, black hair. He was wearing a dark gray jacket with a black collar, gray shirt, blue jeans, and dark-colored shoes with white rubber trim. He also had an earring – possibly a diamond – in his left ear.
Both suspects used white gloves or, possibly socks, to cover their hands during the burglary and left the residence in a newer model, red, 4-door sedan, possibly a 2013 Ford Taurus SHO.
Anyone with information about the suspects or May 24 incident should contact Detective Jeromy Lima at Sunnyvale’s Department of Public Safety at (408) 730-7650 or leave an anonymous tip by emailing or texting to [email protected].
