The Union City Police Department’s Animal Services Unit is hosting an Adopt-a-thon on Saturday, June 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the Union City Civic Center. The event includes:
- Free Animal Adoptions (provided by the Tri-City Animal Shelter, in conjunction with Maddie’s Fund)
- Dog and Cat Vaccinations (Animal Vaccinations for cats and dogs will be available by VIP Pet Care. K9 Rabies Vaccinations Will Be FREE!)
- Animal Licensing
- Informational booth regarding Animal Services in Union City
- UCPD K-9 Demonstration
- Free nail clipping, ear cleaning by the Pack Leader Mobile Grooming service
