29yr old, W/M, 6-01/175, Bro/Blu.
In 2010 Budde was sentenced to 10 years to the Indiana Dept. of Corrections for Possession of a Narcotic Drug (Cocaine)--a class B Felony.
In late April 2013 and after Budde violated terms of his probation, the court issued a warrant for his arrest.
