Personal Injury Crash with one Hurt in Volinia Twp.

Cass County Sheriff Joseph M Underwood Jr is reporting his Deputies investigated a personal injury crash on Dutch Settlement St near Decatur Rd in Volinia Twp on 5/21/13 at 6:27 am. The Deputies reported that a vehicle driven by Fay Gless (24 Yrs old from Cassopolis)was traveling West on Dutch Settlement Rd. A vehicle driven by Daniel Adams (28 Yrs old from Cassopolis) pulled out of a driveway in front of Fay Gless. Fay Gless avoided Daniel Adams but ran into a embankment causing her vehicle to overturn. Fay Gless was transported to Lee Borgess hospital in Dowagiac by Pride Care Ambulance for minor injuries. Both drivers were wearing there Safety belts and alcohol was not a factor in the crash. Penn Twp Fire Department also assisted the Sheriff's Office at the scene.
