#020 Theft Warrant Arrest
A pedestrian stop by Officer Roberts resulted in a 22 year old adult male, being arrested for multiple theft warrants.

#043 Warrant Arrest
During a warrant service at Motel 6 North, a 24 year old adult male is arrested for his outstanding $5K battery warrant.

#053 Warrant Arrest
During a disturbance call on the 41200 block of Blacow Rd., a 20 year old adult male was arrested for his No-Bail vandalism warrant.

#051 Outside Assist/Newark PD
At about 5:00 p.m., we were notified that Newark PD was working a barricaded subject in their city and all their units were tied up on it. Newark put us on standby to handle any priority calls in their City if need be. At approximately 7:50 p.m., Newark asked for us to respond Code-3 to their barricade situation. We sent seven officers, including the Street Crimes Unit and Sgt. Alexander to assist them.

Tabacco Sting investigation led by Sgt. Dang. Multiple violations were documented for sales to minors.

#004 Residential Burglary on Vincente.
The home owner was gone for four hours to find house burglarized. Investigated by Ofcr Hartman.

Special Event/Special Enforcement:
Community Service Officer Anders enforced parking violations near the Mission Peak Trail. Nine (9) cites issued.

Community Service Officer Ernst staffed a booth at the Kids ‘N Kites event at Central Park. Extra patrol checks conducted by patrol officers.

#008 Drug Arrest
During the below listed armed robbery response, Ofc. Burkhammer contacted an adult male at Motel 6 (north) and arrested him for possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.

#006 Armed Robbery – Handgun
At approximately 7:20 a.m. a male victim called and reported that he had just been robbed at Motel 6 (north). The victim reported that the suspects fled to nearby motel rooms. Officers made an emergency response to the scene. The victim advised officers that he responded to a knock at the door and noticed one of his acquaintances. The victim opened the door and was immediately assaulted by three men. One suspect produced a handgun, pointed it at the victim and demanded money and other valuables. The suspects fled toward three motel rooms. Sgt. Harvey arrived on scene and coordinated a perimeter, evacuations and a tactical response. Investigation is ongoing.

#020 Warrant Arrest
Officer Smith is called to the Chevron gas station on Thornton and discovers a driver parked in the lot. A random DL check reveals that the driver, a 62 year old adult male has an active vehicle code warrant. The warrant was issued in 1989 and is confirmed by San Mateo County. He is cited and released.

#015 Warrant Arrest
Officer Butcher conducts a warrant service on a 33 year old adult male. He goes to jail for a no bail drug warrant.

#029 Possession of Stolen Property
Officer Hill conducted a pedestrian stop near Peralta & Maple. He contacted a probationer, 44 year old adult male, and during a search located stolen jewelry and a pipe. He was cited and released.

#030 Driving Under the Influence
Officers were dispatched to Jack in the Box Ardenwood because of an unconscious male in a vehicle. Officer Piol contacted and arrested a 33 year old adult male for DUI.

#001 Rave Party
Information was obtained that individuals were advertising an underground rave at a business on Albrae Street starting at 11:00 p.m. Sergeant Fowlie investigated and located the party starting. Zone 3 officers responded to assist. Turned out, an auto shop was emptied to accommodate the party and approximately 30-40 were already in attendance. The party was cancelled and Code Enforcement was notified.

#005 Residential Burglary
Occurred on Barry Way between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Ofc. Taylor investigated

#008 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
Ofc. Stone conducts a pedestrian stop on a 45 year old adult male near Shinn Rd. During the investigation the adult male is found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, he is cited and released.

#009 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
Ofc. Stone then conducts a traffic stop in the area of Niles Blvd and contacts a 33 year old adult female. She is cited and released for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Parking Enforcement:
CSO Anders issue several parking citations in the area of Stanford Ave at the Mission Peak staging area.

#020, 021, 023 Public Intoxication Arrests
Arrowhead liquors - a 50 year old adult male
38100 block of Liberty Street – a 21 year old adult female
Fremont/Alder – a 48 year old adult male

#12: Petty Theft w/prior Arrest
Officers responded to Safeway at the Hub and received into custody a 51 year old adult male for petty theft with a prior. Ofc. C.Tang investigating.

#015 Injury Collision at Great Salt Lake/Alvarado.
At approximately 1:55 p.m., a single vehicle crashed into a light pole caused power lines to be downed as well as a fire. The lines fell onto the vehicle and the female driver was trapped for a short time. The driver was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Power was knocked out in the area for several hours. PG&E responded and the Traffic Unit is investigating.

#019 Petty Theft Arrest
Officers responded to Walmart on Albrae and received into custody a 23 year old audlt male probationer for petty theft. Ofc. Stillitano investigating.

#026 Armed Robbery
Att 9:40 p.m. an armed robbery occurred at the 76 Gas station at the Franciscan Center on Warm Springs Blvd. Suspect robbed clerk of cash from register.
Suspect: black male adult, 30’s, 6’, wearing black hoodie, black hat, black ski mask and used a “white” gun. Last seen on foot SB Warm Springs. Investigated by Ofcr Haugh.

#027 Unattended Death Investigation
A 45 yr old female was found deceased in her bed.. Nothing appeared unusual at the scene. Case investigated by Ofcr Soper and supervised by Sgt. Fowlie.

#029 Armed Robbery
At approximately 10:40 p.m., an armed robbery occurred at Quik Stop on Luzon. Suspects robbed the clerk of cash from the register and the clerk’s wallet. Two suspects described as black male adults, wearing black hoodies, some type of dark masks and at least one with a “silver” handgun. Investigated by Ofcr Hill & FTO Rodriguez.
