Montford Point Marines being honored today for the service and sacrifices they made in defense of our great nation 
The Montford Point Marines are being honored during the 54th Annual Torrance Armed Forces Day Parade today for their service to this great nation. We will be commemoration their Congressional Gold Medal and recognizing all of them for their patriotism and honorable service. Capt Edward Hicks and Master Gunnery Sergeant Robert Reid will serve as Honorary Grand Marshals along side the Grand Marshal, Major General Melvin Spiese, USMC.
Come out to hear about their service to our nation.....you will be glad that you were there. Parade starts at 1:30 pm
