Put on your sneakers and get ready to run/walk for the annual "Trotting for Technology" USATF certified 5K Race and Walk event. All proceeds will be directed towards enhancing technology at West Essex Middle School and West Essex High School. West Essex students, athletic teams, alumni, parents, area residents, as well as runners and 5K enthusiasts from surrounding towns participate the event.
