Come join the Arcadia Police Officers' Association at the 1st Annual Bicycle Rodeo! The event will be held this Saturday, May 18, 2013, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Camino Grove School, 700 W. Camino Grove Ave, Arcadia.
The event will be fun-filled for the kids and centered on bicycle safety and awareness. This is your chance to get a free bicycle inspection and to register your bike with APD. Bring your bike and helmet with you and join the practices on how to start, stop, look for traffic, safely exit a driveway, and avoid common hazards. Don't forget to visit all the skill stations! This event is FREE to participate.
All children MUST BE accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Bicycle Rodeo is being held in conjunction with the Arcadia Girls' Softball League Closing Day Festival. There will be food trucks, snow cones, bouncer, and more!
Stay around and watch Arcadia Police Officers and Arcadia Firefighters battle it out on the softball field at 2:00 p.m.
