#011 Vandalism
Officers responded to another victim of the ongoing vandalism cases that have been called in this week. A ball bearing was shot through a window at approximately 7:30 a.m. at a building on the 4300 block of Hansen Ave.
#026 Resisting Arrest
At approximately 12:30 p.m., Ofc. Gaziano was dispatched to a customer creating a disturbance at the Burger King on Mowry. A 48 year old adult male was contacted and began challenging everyone, including Ofc. Gaziano, to Fight. The adult male was taken into custody without incident. On the way to the jail he began spitting on officers while claiming to have an infectious illness. He was transported to Santa Rita without further incident.
Residential Burglaries:
#038 41900 block of Via San Carlos
Sometime between approximately 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. a residential burglary occurred on the above noted block. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry via an unlocked door. An iPad, camera, keys and piggy bank were taken.
#051 4100 block of Deep Creek Rd
Sometime between 5/10 – 5/12 (last weekend) unknown suspects entered a residence on the above noted block. Entry was made by prying a sliding door. Jewelry and electronics were taken.
#053 3600 block of Wilmington Rd
At approximately 8:20 p.m. officers were dispatched to a residential burglary on the above noted block that occurred sometime during the day. Entry was made via a rear slider that was possibly left unlocked. Handbags, an iPhone and computer/laptops were taken.
#002 Possession of Drugs and Drug Trafficking Arrest
Officer J. Harvey conducted a traffic stop at approximately 1:10 a.m. in the area of Logan Dr/Norris Rd. and arrested a 25 year old adult male for possession of drugs Selling/transporting drugs and driving with a suspended license.
#028 Stolen Vehicle Recovery
A 2011 Suzuki motorcycle that was stolen from the Fremont Park Apartments on April 26th was recovered in Woodland , CA by Woodland PD. Case investigated by Ofc. Wilson.
#003 Stolen Vehicle Recovery
In his ongoing quest to located stolen vehicles, Officer Wilson located a black 1996 Honda Accord 4-door in the area of Cassio Cir and Othello Dr around 3:30 a.m. This vehicle was originally stolen from San Jose and was a Santa Clara Co. Sheriff’s report.
