Over the years, the Buckle-Up New York, Click It or Ticket mobilization and dedicated year-round seatbelt enforcement have significantly reduced the number of personal injury and fatal crashes. Yet despite these gains, 218 unrestrained occupants died in crashes on New York roads in 2011, the most recent data available. This represents 31% of the total motorist fatalities where seatbelts were available. Please help lower that statistic by buckling up.
