Our PD has investigated 2 burglaries in the last week on the West side of town. Today was an attempt and was scared off by an alarm. 
The Channahon PD has investigated a burglary and an attempted burglary on the West side of Channahon in the last week. Today's incident was an attempted burglary where the offender was scared off by an activated alarm. A possible suspect vehicle was a Black Honda Civic. The West-side schools were notified and placed in a locked condition for a short time. Anyone with information should call Detective Bogart at (815) 467-8382.
