#010, 011, and 013 VC Violations
At approximately 9:10 a.m. Officers Francisco and Perry conducted probation searches on various rooms at Motel 6 (north). Their efforts resulted in two vehicles towed for vehicle code violations and a 29 year old adult female was arrested for a fraud warrant.
#018 Commercial Burglary Arrest
At approximately 10:10 a.m., Officer Dooley conducted follow up on a commercial burglary from the 9th. A search on a storage unit in the 47000 block of Warm Springs resulted in the arrest of a 50 year old adult male for possession of burglary tools.

At approximately 12:20 p.m., Officer Fuellenbach documented a suspicious circumstance. A black male adult rand a doorbell at an address on the 35600 block of Goldsmith Dr. When the RP answered door, the male claimed he was lost and jumped into a white compact Chevy Cavalier or similar that left the area in the direction of Harrisburg. Citizen surveillance footage captured a 4 door white sedan type vehicle. A possible of 6XKT254, came back to a Chevy SUV out of Stockton, so the plate did not match the vehicle description. It is possible that the suspects removed the plate and replaced it with this one.
SUSPECT #1 – black male adult, 17-20 years, 5'10", 150 pounds, black short hair, wearing a dark grey long sleeve t-shirt with a dark grey zip up sweat shirt over the t-shirt and dark blue jeans.
SUSPECT #2 - Unknown race/sex (driver)
#031 Public Intoxication Arrest
Public Drunkenness arrest by Ofc. Zargham who found a 38 year old adult male drunk and disorderly at the Hub around 3:00 p.m. He was direct booked to Santa Rita.
#035 Warrant Arrest
During traffic stop in Niles (37000 block of Niles Blvd.) officers contacted a 29 year old adult male who had a No Bail warrant for possession of stolen property. He was arrested and booked.
#032 Commercial Burglary at FoodMaxx.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. officers were called to Food Maxx (39441 Fremont Blvd.) to investigate a suspect who security was attempting to detain. The suspect had stolen numerous items and placed them in his back pack. He left without paying and was followed by Loss Prevention. Ofc. Kwok located the suspect walking at Princeton Gateway Plaza and the suspect ran. Ofc. Gourley cut him off at the pass and detained the tired and compliant 40 year old adult male. He was already on probation for theft and went to jail.
#044 Warrant Arrest
While investigating a traffic collision at the Valero gas station (Hub), Ofc. Madsen learned the one of the occupants had a $30K warrant for resisting arrest. The 30 year old adult male was arrested and booked.
Residential Burglaries:
44400 block of Parkmeadow Dr – At approximately 9:10 a.m. officers were dispatched to a suspicious circumstance call. Officers located the front door of the residence open. After entering, officers discovered that the home had been ransacked and the rear door to the home had beeen forced open. It is unknown as to what the loss is at this time and when the burglary actually occurred.
3000 block of Colville Pl – At approximately 3:00 p.m. officers were dispatched to a suspicious circumstance call. The r/p called to report that they had just returned home to fidn that their back window was broken. No items were taken or removed. The incident occurred sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. A local neighborhood check revealed possible suspect information.
Suspect Information:
Suspect # 1 - black male adult, mid 20's, medium build with a round face, short buzz haircut with shave two "Shave lines" on the side of his head.
Suspect #2 - white male (no further description).
Vehicles:
-late 70's to early 80's maroon Buick.
-early 90's tan vehicle (similar to a Volvo).
4800 block of Mowry Ave – Sometime between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. unknow suspects entered the residence. Point of entry was via removal of screen and entering a bathroom window. A large television, laptops and other personal information was taken.
38800 block of Glenview Dr. – Sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. unknown suspects entered the residence via the rear slider. Loss includes laptops, computers and jewelry.
#008 Possible Shots Fired/Warrant Arrest
At approximately 2:45 a.m. several citizens call to report shots fired in the area of Bullard and Blanchard. Officers flood the area in an effort to locate a possible gunshot victim. Officer Rodriquez and recruit Hill meet with one of the reporting parties, a homeowner on Blanchard. He states that he was hosting a party when two attendees become angry and began to argue, then fight. One of the combatants leaves and returns later with friends. Another argument starts and then all of a sudden gun shots are heard. Nobody sees a suspect with a gun. No casings are located. One party guest, a 29 year old adult male, is arrested for two outstanding warrants. Recruit Officer Hill is the primary Officer.
#010 Auto Collision/Unfound Driver
An automobile collision is reported at Niles and Portal. The crash is only heard. A Chevy Envoy runs over a light pole and sustains major damage. When Officers arrive they find the vehicle abandoned. The driver is not located. Officer Dodson is the primary officer and following up on this case.
#009 Under the Influence Arrest
A call comes in from Motel 6 north. It is reported that a man is screaming for help and may have a knife. Officers respond and locate a 37 year old adult male. He is determined to be under the influence of a stimulant and arrested. Officer Hartman is the primary Officer.

FPD Police Officers and volunteers (V.I.P.S.) provided extra patrol checks and assisted with the Annual Spring Fever Car Show in Niles.
FPD Police and Community Service Officers provided extra patrol checks and enforcement in the area of Mission Peak Trail due to ongoing parking violations.
#021 Recovered Stolen Vehicle
At approximately 11:00 a.m., Ofc. Stone conducted a security check in the area of Joan Tr/Grau Dr and located/recovered an abandoned stolen vehicle (red 1987 Mazda Truck with a red camper shell. It had been stolen in Union City on 5/9/13.
#036 Warrant Arrest
Ofc. Lambert and Ofc. Stone found a wanted felon, 50 year old adult male, on Ford Lane. He was arrested and booked for his no bail warrants for assault with a deadly weapon, spousal battery, false imprisonment, and possession of opiates for sale. Robles was booked into the Fremont jail.
#040 Public Intoxication Arrest
Ofc. Little who found a 56 year old drunk and disorderly in the area of Stevenson Blvd/Fremont Blvd. The male was staggering in the s/b Fremont Blvd crosswalk and almost fell on several occassions. He stopped in front of several vehicles and acted like he was going to box/fight them. He then approached a pedestrian and put his fists up and began to act like he was going to hit him. The pedestrian was scared and ran away. Once contacted by officers he again put is fists up., he had a bottle of liquor in his front waist band. He was arrested and taken to the Fremont Jail, who would not accept him. He was then transported (passing out numerous times during the car ride) to Santa Rita.
#044 Public Intoxication Arrest
Ofc. Lobue and Sgt. O’Connell found a probationer, 24 year old adult male, drunk and disorderly in the area of Grimmer/Fremont Blvd.
#033 Warrant Arrest
At approximately 3:40 p.m., during a follow-up on the 42500 block of Roberts Ave, Ofc. Valdes arrested a 26 year old adult female. for her outstanding drug warrants and possession of a meth pipe.
#042 Armed Robbery
An armed robbery occurred at Kumar Jewelers on the 5100 block of Mowry Ave near Farwell at approximately 8:20 p.m. The victim was leaving the store and was accosted by a black male adult, 5’ 6”, wearing a black hoody (hood covering most of his face) and brandishing a black Taser. The suspect snatched a bag that the victim was carrying and hopped into the passenger seat of a red Saturn driven by an unknown person. Ofc. Zargham investigating and following up on possible video surveillance from the area.
#047 Residential Burglary
At approximately 11:15 p.m. officers were dispatched to a residential burglary that had occurred on Parkmeadow Dr. sometime during the day. Unknown suspects gained entry by kicking in the front door. Investigated by Officer Chahouait.
#001 Battery at Saddle Rack
A patron was slow dancing with his partner when sucker punched by an unknown male, breaking a few of his teeth. Investigated by Officer Chahouati.
#004 Residential/Auto Burglary
On Sunday morning at approximately 5:20 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 3900 block of Harlequin Tr. The r/p stated that she woke up to her garage door opening and when she looked outside she saw a female running from her vehicle that was parked in her driveway. The female looked in several other vehicles before running towards Beard Rd. The suspect was described as a white female, adult, 5’10”, skinny build, bleach blonde hair, pale skin, with her hair in a bun. She was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with black pants. Loss was the garage door opener taken out of the unlocked vehicle. Investigated by Officer Allsup.

#008 Warrant Arrest
Officer Tang responded to the 400 block of Rancho Arroyo Pkwy in regards to a warrant service and arrested a 34 year old adult male for a DUI warrant and driving with a suspended license warrant.
#011 Battery Arrest
At approximately 11:40 a.m. Officer Dooley and FTO Foster responded to the 4700 block of Westwood in regard to two brothers fighting. A 47 year old adult male went to jail for battery.
#023 Assault w/ a Deadly Weapon
At approximately 11:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to a possible hit & run accident on the 43300 block of Bryant Street. It turned out to be an assault with a deadly weapon/car jacking. The victim was struck 6-8 times in the face with an automobile jack. The victim had severe lacerations (non-life threatening) and was being treated by paramedics when police arrived. The suspect was identified as a 52 year old adult male, Fremont resident and he was driving a gold Nissan. Due to a long standing dispute between the two men, a restraining order had been granted earlier this year. On this evening, the suspect had approached the victim’s vehicle holding an automobile jack and began to smash the window and then hit the victim. Officers checked the suspects known addresses and Officer Layfield located his unoccupied vehicle on Gibralter Dr. A surround and callout was initiated, managed by Sgt. Tassano. The suspect came out & was arrested. The house and his vehicle were frozen pending a search warrant.
